Large rooms, sociable living spaces, a dining table to seat 12/14,  five bedrooms and five bathrooms make this the perfect house for spending time with your family, friends and colleagues.

Whether you cosy up in front of the log burner during the colder months or open the bi-fold doors onto the patio for a BBQ and sundowners in summer, everyone can stretch out and relax in this huge house whatever the weather.

The large kitchen has two ovens, full height fridge and freezer, an island with seating for seven and everything you need to entertain in style!

Built in 2023, this architect designed home is perfect for family and friends to get together, comfortably sleeping 10 adults and 2 children (on smaller guest beds)

The kitchen has two Bosch ovens, a full height fridge and freezer, an induction hob, a Kitchen Aid mixer, a kettle, a microwave and a toaster. There is also a large utility room with washing and ironing facilities.
The extending dining table seats 12/14 and there is comfy seating in the sitting room for 8, or 12+ if you bring the bedroom chairs through as well.
Three of the five bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms. In addition, there is a downstairs family bathroom with a whirlpool bath and an upstairs family shower room with both rainfall and flexible shower.

The large entrance hall provides plenty of space for coats and shoes.

The versatile snug/playroom makes a lovely sunny place to read with a morning coffee - or to challenge your fellow visitors to a full on table football tournament if you're feeling playful.

Outside, the garden wraps around the house. You are welcome to explore, but please be aware that it is in the process of being landscaped, so may be muddy and wild in places - so please take care and children must be supervised at all times. Please ensure that you clear up after your dog if you bring one.
Due to the proximity to the road networks, there will be some traffic noise.
The patio area to the front of the house makes a very pleasant westerly facing sun trap, the ideal spot for a bbq, an aperitif or both!

There is private parking for 5 cars, and more if you double up. A sloping path leads to the front door and there is one step up, to gain access the house. With 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, this house may suit those with limited mobility or who prefer to avoid stairs.

There is a static caravan in a corner of the parking area which is screened with fencing. Occasionally the owners may use it, but it is a good distance from the house and will not impact your stay.
For clarity, please note that the house can sleep 10 adults and 2 youngish children - the smaller guest beds are not suitable for adults.

We are very happy for two well behaved dogs to join you, however we would ask that they stay downstairs only, and are not allowed on the furniture. We charge an extra cleaning fee of £20 per dog.
